**New patients (applies to Chinese Medicine Patients only, not new K-Laser patients): a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking your initial consultation (this does not apply to return appointments). This is done through the online booking platform and will be applied to your initial consultation fee therefore leaving a remaining 50% balance to be paid at the end of your first session. If you need to reschedule, the deposit taken will be transferred to the new appointment time. If you wish to cancel and not reschedule, the deposit will be fully refunded if a minimum of 24 hours notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment time. When you book an appointment, the Calm Shen treatment room is held exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, it is my Policy that a minimum of 24 hours notice is provided so that I may offer that time slot to another patient. Cancelling at short notice does not provide me the opportunity to do so. Where a cancellation is made at short notice (ie. less than 24 hours) the deposit will be forfeited.
In instances where an appointment is missed ie. a "no-show" occurs, the deposit will be forfeited. A reminder email and text message will be sent the day prior to your appointment in an effort to minimise this occurring by giving you the opportunity to reschedule or cancel if needed.
